On some occasions there may be an update error when preparing your order, stock breaks or delays.
In these cases, only if you have a registered account, once the order has been placed you will be able to check the status of each item individually along with more information if necessary.
- Enter your LA MUSA account
- Access the Orders section, you can enter from here too.
- View the desired order from the View button:
- Check the status of each item in the Status column.
- You can check the general status of your entire order at the bottom, in the Order History section.
If you have items that have an issue, if you want a partial shipment –at no additional cost–, wait, change it for another item, or have any other questions, you can generate a contact request regarding the order from the button below (in your order, not here! 😉):
