Once your order has been placed, it will be confirmed. But there may be some situations for which we can offer you a solution.
Add items without modifying the order already placed
To add items to your already placed order, and as long as it has not been shipped, you can place another one as soon as possible, and we will do everything possible to unify them, as long as the orders are purchased from the same account, and shipping and billing address.
You can do this if, for example, you have ordered 3 units of a product and you finally want 6 units.
Write in the comments of the order that you want to join it to your previous order –indicate the order number please–. If this new order involves extra shipping costs, we will reimburse you.
Modify order items
The following situations may occur:
- You have ordered 6 units of a product and on second thought you prefer 3.
- You have ordered several different items but you are not interested in one of them, but the rest are.
In this case, write to us as soon as possible to modify your order; We will do our best to process it as soon as possible.
Cancel order not yet shipped
If after placing your order you wish to cancel it for whatever reason, write to us as soon as possible so that it is not processed. In this case, we will cancel the order and proceed to refund or return the amount of the order.
Change address of an order placed
If you have detected an error in the address or other data, or you prefer to change the delivery address to a different one, write to us as soon as possible, as long as your order has not been processed in the warehouse; From that moment on, unfortunately it is not possible to modify the delivery as it is already in the hands of our logistics operator.
